Terms of Service

Access to the PaceAlgo indicator is provided on a subscription basis as an invite-only TradingView script. Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal use only.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make the indicator or its access available to any third party. Access is tied to your individual TradingView account. Sharing credentials or access is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

All intellectual property in the Service — including the indicator logic, models, source code, design, branding, and content — is owned by PaceAlgo or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license expressly granted above. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the underlying source or models.

The Service is an analytical and educational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer for full risk disclosures. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refund policy: All sales are final. Because PaceAlgo is digital content provided with immediate access, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

EU/EEA/UK consumers: by completing checkout and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital content supplied.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaceAlgo is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated where reasonable. These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
