We may process the following categories of personal data:

• Account and contact data (e.g. email address, TradingView username) you provide to obtain access.
• Subscription and billing data processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card details).
• Usage and technical data (e.g. IP address, device/browser information, pages visited) collected automatically.
• Communications you send us (e.g. support requests).

• Providing the Service and managing your subscription — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Billing and compliance with legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Non-essential analytics and marketing — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function (e.g. your login session and checkout verification). Our analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — so there is no consent banner because no consent is legally required for the cookies we set.

We share personal data with the following third-party processors and service providers, each under a data processing agreement (DPA) or equivalent contractual terms. We share only the data each provider needs for its function.

• Whop — checkout, payments and subscription management (Whop acts as Merchant of Record / payment processor). Receives order, billing and account data needed to process your purchase.
• TradingView — delivery of the invite-only indicator. We use your TradingView username to grant and manage access.
• Discord — community access and, where applicable, role assignment for paying members.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery; processes technical/log data (e.g. IP address) needed to serve the site.
• Upstash (Vercel KV / Redis) — data store for access, membership and support records. Holds your email, TradingView username, Discord ID and subscription status.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. your welcome email). Receives your email address to send account-related messages.
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — privacy-friendly, cookieless aggregate usage and performance metrics. No cross-site tracking and no advertising cookies.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where they do, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can request details of the safeguards for any specific provider at the contact address above.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law (e.g. statutory retention periods for invoices), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
