Refund Policy

All sales are final. PaceAlgo is digital content supplied with immediate access, so purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, so cancelling mid-period does not cut you off early and does not refund the period already paid for.

Because the thing you would want a trial for is already free. The complete live track record is public at pacealgo.com/proof, every closed trade is downloadable as CSV, and the exact measurement method is written out at pacealgo.com/methodology. Read all of it, recompute it yourself, and decide afterwards. That is a better trial than a fortnight of access, and it costs nothing.

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content that right lapses only where you expressly consent to the contract being performed immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose it. That is not automatic because the product is digital; it depends on that consent.

At checkout you request immediate access to the indicator. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital content supplied. This consent is recorded by our checkout provider as part of your order.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including rights in respect of content that is defective or not as described.

Cancel from your account with our checkout provider, Whop, at any time, or write to info@pacealgo.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the current period.

If the indicator does not work on your chart, if access was never granted, or if you were charged for something you did not buy, that is not a refund question, it is a mistake to fix. Write to info@pacealgo.com and describe what happened. We answer on weekdays and will sort it out.
